A PLACE TO

CALL HOME

Paradise RV Park wants your stay to be a wonderful experience for each tenant. Rules along with good park etiquette is required to help make the environment pleasurable for both short term and long term stays.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

RENT

The rental contract, rental payment, and park rules go into effect once the contract is signed. As a courtesy, rent is expected to be paid on time; however, a 5-day grace period is allowed before a $5.00 late fee is charged per day. If rent payment may be late, please contact the office to avoid termination of the lease contract. If you no longer occupy the space and leave the park without prior written notification, you could lose your security deposit of $150. No sub-leasing allowed. All new tenants must sign new contracts.

MOVING RV OFF DESIGNATED SITE

We ask that once you sign a lease agreement for a specific lot number, the designated location is permanent. If the lot should become a danger to the tenant, or under special circumstances, contact management or the office for permission to move your RV to another location within the park.

PETS

Pets are welcome, but you are responsible for them if they join you on your travels. All waste must be picked up, bagged in small plastic bags, and placed in the trash receptacle. Pets must be on a leash at all times; do not allow them to roam freely.

CHILDREN

We all love children, but you are responsible for the safety and conduct of your children and visiting guests. Children under the age of 14 must have adult supervision in all common areas and especially near and around the pond.

CLEAR AND
CLEAN SPACE

Clear and clean spaces call for happy neighbors. Please no clotheslines, freezers/refrigerators, fencing, barriers, pallets, dog kennels, pens, or dog runs allowed. No garbage of any kind; please use provided receptacles. Keep outdoor and holiday decorations to a minimum. No mats, rugs, etc. allowed on the grass.

Your meter is read on the 29th of each month. Any charges over the allotted contractual amount will be paid on the 1st of each month, along with rent. Electric is subject to fluctuate at any given time, in which we will give a 30-day notice for any changes.1

TEN YEAR RULE

You may have noticed there are some older RVs in Paradise Park. We enforce the Ten Year Rule, which implies that RVs older than 10 years are prohibited to stay. Residents who moved here prior to 11/29/2021 are grandfathered in, until further notice.
